Getting Care Outside of New Mexico

Urgent & Emergency Care:

Your plan provides coverage for urgent and emergency care outside New Mexico.

Please call the Presbyterian Customer Service Center using the number on the back of your ID card. You can also review your plan materials to learn more about your plan's out-of-state coverage.

Non-Emergency Care:

For non-emergency care, coverage may vary, please contact customer service to confirm. Members can find medical or behavioral health providers outside New Mexico by searching our national network.

Search results don't include all providers from our national network partner. Check your ID Card or the Aetna logo to confirm eligibility for out-of-area coverage.
